Dedicated to the worship of the Precious Blood
and home of
the Sisters of St. John the Beloved.
A contemplative community
living a traditional life of the true faith in the Catholic Church.
Our day begins around 5am when we rise for the Office of Readings followed by Morning Prayer and Mass.
From 7am until 9am, we take care of daily duties that keep the house in order. We then go to the Chapel for prayer and this is followed by a morning break.
From 10am till Noon we work at our appointed tasks, then pray the Midday Hour, followed by a short break after which, we continue working until 2pm.
None is at 2.05 pm.
We then take a rest period and in winter a meal.
Evening prayer is at 4.30pm followed in the summer by the daily meal.
The daily tasks are completed and the evening hours bring personal and community time.
Night prayer is 9pm.
On days of Adoration we keep vigil and keep watch with the Lord.
