A Historical Novel of Enduring Love
Book IV in The Bennett Vignettes
Last Update: 5/19/8

Never Forsaken brings us to the fourth installment of
The Bennett Vignettes. The last of the
Bennetts' children is still unmarried. Twenty-two year old
Charity is still waiting patiently for God's will in her life
while serving the LORD with her parents at The Bennett Home for
Unwed Mothers & Orphans. Her mother can't help but
wonder though if the LORD has something else in mind for this
dreamy, romantic, yet still single daughter.
And we shall meet a young woman, born at the orphanage in 1913,
who returns to The Bennett Home after her adoptive parents both go
Home to be with the Lord. Does God have something for Matilda
Rose Matson to learn, as well as something for her to share
with the Bennett and Spears families through her spirited and
energetic ways?
Follow the Bennett family's story as Charlie and Carolina enter
their senior years, discovering the truth of Psalm thirty-seven,
verses twenty-three through twenty-five:
The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD:
and he delighteth in his way.
Though he fall, he shall not be
utterly cast down: for the LORD
upholdeth him with his hand.
I have been young, and now am old;
yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken,
nor his seed begging bread.

Lead Me, LORD, a beautiful hymn that is
mentioned in Never Forsaken. We are never forsaken
because the LORD is leading us, protecting us....

Lead me, LORD, lead me in Thy righteousness;
Make Thy way straight before my face.
For it is Thou, LORD, Thou, LORD only,
That makest me dwell in safety.
(By Samuel Sebastian Wesley)

My desire in writing Never Forsaken--and all my books--is to share that GOD's WORD has the answers to life's trials, no matter how great or small. Many of the fictional joys and trials in this vignette are based on personal experience. I write from my heart, so my readers may know from God's Word and my own testimony that, through trials past, present, and yet to come, the LORD promises He will never forsake His own!
And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
Psalm 9:10
First of all, I am redeemed! My husband Daniel and I live in Georgia, home-schooling the two most loving children imaginable. I'm also a homepage editor, graphics designer, and patriotic American. It's my heart's desire in everything I do that I do my best...to the glory of God!

Whether or not you can afford to purchase a copy, I ask that
you would PRAY that the LORD would be honored through this
book-writing ministry. One soul has already come to know the
Lord Jesus as his Saviour through one of the sermons included
in the books! PRAISE THE LORD! And I've heard from so many,
many readers who have been encouraged in their Christian walk
through these vignettes. Again, PRAISE THE LORD! And please,
pray that God would be honored and glorified.
