HelloThank you for God Hold Colombia. My heart grievesfor each family member and friend who now havesuch a large hole in their life and almost unbearablegrief. If any of these people find their way to thissite I would like to give them my sympathy.I know from personal experience the almost unbearablegrief of losing one so dear and the hole it leaves inyou life. The pain never leaves but you do learn tolive with it and the good thing to remember is thatthe big empty hurting place inside can be filled again with LOVE. I am not Jewish but I am Christianand I have always loved the word Shalom so with love in my heart I say, " Shalom".
MY DEEPEST SYMPATHY'S GO TO THE FAMILIES OF THE 7 ASTRONAUTS
THAT LOST THEIR LIVES LAST WEEK. MAY GOD HOLD THEM IN THE HOLLOW OF HIS HAND AND GIVE THEM PEACE. THE ONE THING ABOUT THIS IS THAT THEY ALL DIED DOING WHAT THEY LOVED. HOW GREAT IT WOULD BE TO BE ABLE TO DO THE SAME.
There are tons of web sites honoring the Columbia astraunauts, and I've seen many of them. However, this is one of the most tasteful and well-done sites I have seen. You did an awesome job!
I just want to say that your memorial page for the Columbia was just beautiful. Thank you for making this page and sharing it with us all. I will be sending your link to my friends and family to see. Have a great day!!
' THEY FLEW" THEY FLEW TO THE HIGHESTAND TOUCHED GODS RIGHT HAND, NOW ON THE WAY BACK STEERING TOWARDS LAND, THE ANGELS THEY GRABBED YOU AND THE SEVEN YOU KNEW, BECAME AS ONE WITH G O D, " THEY FLEW".
The astronauts will be remembered for their service and courage. When they commited themselves to this mission, they knew that this could happen, still they pursued for humanity. They are heroes and I salute them. I pray for them that they are now rested in peace. I ask them to pray for us too. We need their prayers for we don't know our destiny yet to come.
Such a fitting and beautiful memorial for the seven who proudly gave their lives for the betterment of our world. They are with God our father now and they will serve for the betterment of the here after. god bless all.
we now have 7 more angels to pray to. the lord works in strange way,s for his own reasons. if you believe in him,you don,t question him. i don,t understand his logic though.god bless all the families of these brave people.
It is important for all men and women to make their peace with God right now where ever they are at. We don't know when our last breath will be.
I have a personal relationship with My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. My pray is for every human to have this inter peace that only Jesus can provide.
My prayer was and is that the 7 individuals aboard the Obiter Columbia knew Jesus as the Lord and Savior.
It is God's ultimate decision on where they will spend eternity; for us living today, the Bible and the words of Jesus tell us what we must do to have eternal life.
To tell God we are Sorry for our mistakes, to turn from them, to Receive Jesus as Lord and Savior, accepting and believing that Jesus has paid the ransom for us and to Thank Him personally for what he did for you.
May God Bless all of mankind and may we seek his will.
In Christ Name.
I will keep the families of all seven of these wonderful people we lost on Feb 1, 2003 in my prayers. My heart goes out to all of you. May God Give You Peace In Some Way At This Time. My deepest sympathy to all of you.
God does have a plan for all of us.
Our lives are very fleeting.
Therefore if we are doing what we love,
When he takes us home.
I would say our lives were worth having.

They went out in a blaze of glory. Their bodies may be gone, but their spirit will go on forever.May God comfort their families & loved ones; and that the Peace that comes from faith, wrap them in loving memories.
John, your site is just beautiful. Jesus will surely bless you for all the people you must reach in bringing more sheep into His Kingdom. Time is growing short and what a wonderful way to tell people about The God of our Salvation. Thank you.
Yes, this is the most beautiful tribute I have seen to the Columbia and the poem is excellent. Thank you for sharing your talent with all of us. God Bless you today and always.
John, your tribute to the Space Shuttle Columbia Astronauts has moved us all in the office. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world. To the families of our heros aboard the Columbia, may you find the strength you need to survive this tragedy in the loving arms of God. May He give bring you peace and understanding. Our prayers are with you.
This is truly an unforgetable moment in the history of the United States and I will tell this along with many other stories with my children. God Bless Americas Heroes.
May the deceased Astronauts rest in everlasting peace. And, their families find some comfort in their tragic loss by knowing they were the bravest and most loving people of their country that will ever be.
God bless you all!!!
Living just a few miles from Cape Canaveral, we grieve for the astronauts and their families in a special way. To us who are from this area, the shuttle program has always represented a special relationship, much like a member of our family. For us, a shuttle launch has never become routine as it has for much of society. We hope that this tragedy is a learning experience that will further the space program and not deter it, as I'm sure each and every astronaut would wish the same.
god bless each and everyone of you for being brave and takeing the chance of risking your life to try and help our worl my god comfort your family and friends this has really touched me lisa
Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and the NASA families in this very sad time

Your tribute is absolutely beautiful. I hope the families of the astronauts get to see it. I know they would be very blessed. Thank you and may God bless you richly for your compassion and love.
My heart goes out to the families of Sept. 11, 2001 and the Astronaunts of Feb. 1, 2003. Your web site is beautiful and touching. Thanks for making it to share with us.
I feel very bad about what happened to the seven brave souls on Columbia. But it is tragedies such as this that bring our nation together as a whole people, feeling for each other's pain and sorrow. I commend the seven lost for their courage and bravery in their mission. God will take good care of them.
I work at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and have been overwhelmed at the pour out of support across the world. I was watching Jay Leno last night and Tom Brokaw said " I am embarrassed at the fact that I did not know who these individuals were until the died". He went on to say that we are always looking for Heros and here they are right infront of us, before they died. Just the fact that they wanted to go into space to further the future of all Americans aswell as all Human beings. We should have known their names before they died. Heaven is definitley a richer place because of these 7 people.
God Bless all the family members who are feeling such loss and pain. I feel that these great people have passed on to a more peaceful place. My prayers are with all.
Beautiful memorial. I just cried and cried. My heart goes out to the families of these wonderful human beings. I pray for the family members to ease their incredible pain.
The seven astronauts are heroes. They died for what they believed in. May God comfort their family members and the millions of other persons who mourn their loss. May their souls rest in peace.
I would like to send my prayers out each family that is dealing with this tremendous loss. In times of sadness, there doesn't seem to be much others can do to give comfort. I hope that knowing each and every one are in so many prayers that it helps to ease the sorrow a little.
I too wondered if God was with them for those few tragic moments. I believe He was and will always be with all of us,we just have to believe in Him. I pray He gives the families comfort and especially the young children who maybe doesn't fully understand what happened except that their Dad's aren't coming home anymore. I pray for world peace everyday and hope we can salvage some of it and make it what God intended it to be.
Thank you. I am forever grateful to have been "forwarded" your tribute to Columbia and then to travel through your other beautiful pages regarding 9/11 etc. I cannot remember ever seeing such a well-"built" site and it is so beautiful and uplifting and I shall pass it on to at least 50 others. The prayers and saying themselves are so spectacular and memorable. Again, thank you for all of your time and consideration.

I thought that this website was amazing, it paid a very thoughtful and sensitive tribute to those who died on the space shuttle!
This was very well written, and commemorates the lives and accomplishments of the astronauts lost on the Columbia in the very best way possible. I applaud the thoughtfulness and sensitivity that went into creating this tribute. God bless the families and friends of these brave people, and may they find the strength to get through this.
Praise God he took 3 home to be with him. I know 3 were born again and they witnessed to the other with their lives and deeds. May god comfort all the families and those left behind but praise God I know I will see them in glory with our lord. Then I will find out what it was like but slip the bounds of earth and fly with the lord.
I cried all over again seeing their facesand wondering did they hurt? Did they all believe in Jesus at that time? Same torrent and torment as the last one and when a sudden death
takes place, as my child 17 years ago at 23.Never will know why until God reveals it someday if He so desires. I know millions feel it too.
A beautiful & fitting memorial to 7 very special people. They now smile down on us from the stars in everylasting flight. May the angels of peace be with their families.
It was breathtaking, Absolutely beautiful, and Very humbling. It made me think of the families that were waiting for their family to come home, And it made me want to hold mine closer. It is an extremely Beautiful Tribute to the astronauts of the Sapce Shuttle Columbia.
What a beautiful tribute to our fallen heroes! You obviously are a fine, patriotic, spiritual artist. You have created a wonderful memorial to our brave astronauts. Thank you!

By now, all their souls have been placed in the hands of Of God The Father Almighty. Now joined with all their freinds and loved ones, who have passed on before them. They are safe now, and can not be hurt any more. It is their friends and loved ones left behind, that are in the greatest need of Gods Love; Trust; and Understanding; along with the Prayers of all of us still living. This has been put into motion already. A few days ago; I received a e-mail asking that we all set aside on 03/03/03 some time; that day, for those who lost their life in the Columbia Disaster; and to pray for their friends and loved ones left behind. Asking God to ease their pain and suffering. May God Bless and Keep us safe and happy; until we get to be with Our Maker In Haven. Living a Eternal Life; with no more sin; sarrow; sickness; suffering; greed; or pain!
Your site is one of the most beautiful sites I have been in, in along time. My son is a minister and I know he is going to love this site too. He will be shipping over seas in a few days and knowing that he has the Lord in his heart and on his side makes it much easier on me. Thank you for a beautiful site again.

Hopefully we will be able to learn from this tragic experience and be able to avoid this in the future. If only one life is saved in the future, then this will not have been in vain.

I pray for comfort and peace for the families and the co-workers of those lost. May God Bless each and everyone. May their memories of the seven live on and not be forgotten. Always remember 7 is God's number.
I would like to say I am very sorry for everyones loss not only did this affect the astronauts friends and families but it has affected all of the USA. May god be with us all and help us to grow strong in these times.
May God bless you for your beautiful memorial in remembrance of the Columbia's last valiant crew. It is so hard to put into words the ache our country feels, which doesn't even begin to touch that which their loved ones are experiencing. However, you have expressed well the very deep, heartfelt emotions that engulf us. Thank you for your time and effort and the healing comfort that hopefully will begin from sharing your message.
my heart and prayers go out to the families and friends of these heroic heroes.. beter known as angels to me.. I know they are in Heaven watching over loved ones and us.. when something happens that take our loved ones away..we ask God why? but it was God that wanted his angels.. and none are to blame..the families will remember the joyous times and smile as i'm sure that there angels wanted them to do.. the families i know are very proud of them.. as well as my family is of them.. the fallen 7 lived out their dreams and in the end was living them... and for all that they did for America we greatly appearciate.... we never know what tomorrow brings so live life and alway's let your loved ones know you love them.. alway's say I LOVE YOU.. they might already know it. but say I LOVE YOU anyway..God forbid it might be your last time to tell them.. God Bless the heroic 7'.. you will not be forgotten.. would you please tell my loved ones in Heaven I LOVE THEM... God Bless
I foound this piece very moving and sad. My heart goes out to the families of all those lost. You are right, they died doing what they loved but it is still a high price to pay.
Unfortunatly disasters bring people together. You see it everywhere. Just resently there were two major avalanches in the Canadian Rockies that took the lives of several people, including seven students from one school. The people there are trying to cope themselves. There was also another earthquake in the world. So you see, with all that is going on around the world, I believe that we, the occupants of this planet Earth, will pull through all this turmoil and will keep on striving to make the best of any given situation that we will encounter because that is who we are.
I lost my husband December 29, 2002 and I pray that my hero was waiting for the others as they ascended into Heaven. God Bless each of them. God Bless America! We have suffered a great loss of humankind.
Our hearts are saddened by the loss of our brave ones who risked there very lives for the good of all mankind. We send our love and prayers to the family and friends and the N.A.S.A family of the fallen 7. may our Father keep you in His sweet peace

This is the most reverent and respectful site I have seen about the Loss of Columbia 's Crew...They truely are Angels who now watch over all through their very own Stars in our Heavens...May God Bless them all and their families ...
My wife, mother in law, and myself were out of town on the day of the Columbia tragedy. Upon returning to our home, I noticed that a flag was at half mast. I mentioned to my family, "I wonder why the flag is at half mast?" While calling ahead to home, to check on other family members, we learned of the terrible news. I had my answer to why the flags flying as they were.
Father in Jesus name, I pray for the families of the shuttle astronauts. I speak peace and comfort to their empty hearts. I bind the grief and I speak joy unspeakable and full of glory. Hold them up during this hard time with your loving kindness.
Father also, I pray for our nation. We are troubled on every side it seems. The Columbia explosion, the war on terrorism, the possible war with Iraq and Saddam Hussein, Korea. I pray for our Commander in Chief, George W. Bush, I pray for Secretary of State Colin Powell, I pray for all others in our government that they would be lead by the Spirit of God and that they would have the wisdom of God to make the right decisions. Along with this wisdom give them understanding I pray.
I thank you Lord God for ministering to this nation. It may have problems and it may have a lot of sin, but it's still the free'est nation there is. Lord, please send a outpouring of your Spirit upon our nation. Heal our land O God. Help us to become what you want us to be, do what you want us to do, and say what you want us to say. In Jesus name, amen
Thank you for the wonderful tribute. I hope that many people will take note that all are with God now, and that it is a blessing in the eyes of God, that all are at home with him now. We all just need to continue to pray for those who are left behind for thier grieving. Pray that they do not blame God, and that they will continue to live and pray for the help they might need in this time of grief.
Thank you for such a beautiful moving tribute. It is comforting and compelling all at the same time. I especially liked the bread and the grapes, which I interpret to mean communion which is a very important ritual to me. God bless and keep you.
This is very beautiful.....what can I say,,,,,it is a sad thing that has happened....May God keep the family's in his arms for peace and knowing that they are at home now....God Bless Jean

My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of those fallen heroes.
I will continue to pray and find consolation in knowing they are indeed with "Our Father"......
I know in my heart they saw the face of God before the horrible tragedy and were at peace in those last seconds as they are now and foreverafter.
May the Lord keep and confort the seven who gave all for us just as his son did so many years ago. They, like he, were trying to help mankind along it's way. May he also confort the families and friends that were left behind to carry on their memories, and to also help find their replacements here to carry on their wonderful work. Amen
This is so precious. So tasteful, so magnificent! Thank you for sharing this. It is said so beautifully- all can appreciate it. These brave souls are a part of all the family of earth.
