Long ago, in a land far away, lived a man named Noah. Noah had 3 sons; Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Noah loved God and spent time with God every day.

God liked Noah. They were good friends and talked to each other a lot. God liked Noah’s sons too. They did not know God like Noah did but God loved them because He loved Noah.

One day God was looking over the creation He had made and became very sad. The only person who talked to God and did what was right was Noah. All the other people in the world were very bad and paid no attention to God.

The day came when the rain began to fall. It rained for 40 days and 40 nights. All the earth was destroyed except for Noah and his family and the animals that had come to the ARK for safety.

Soon the waters began to go down and the ARK came to rest on a mountaintop. When the dry land appeared Noah, his sons, and all the animals came out of the ARK.

Noah and his family built an altar and worshipped God. They thanked Him for saving them.

God answered. The Lord said to Noah, “I will never destroy the earth with a flood again! I promise. “ And then God put His
