Just to help you get to know Jenny she is 25 years
old and loves to write. She has been keeping a
daily diary for 8 years and writes poetry and books.
She really hopes to have her work published some day.
She still lives at home in southwestern Missouri not far
from the Ozarks. She loves living out in the
country. Jenny keeps a list of military personnel and
prays for them daily and would like to add you to a list so that
she and all of the members of our prayer group can keep you in
prayer and send cards and letters to let you know how much we
appreciate your service to our country. I asked
Jenny to share one of her poems
I Have a Friend
Just beyond the skies so blue
I have a friend who is ever true
And when to Him for help I cry
My troubles quickly die
No good thing do I deserve
yet for me He has reserved
A place in heaven: a mansion bright
a robe of glittering white
Oh! when I reach that fairest land
I will clasp my Redeemers hand
And with tears running down my face
I'll thank Him for His abundant grace
And though that debt of love I can ne'r repay
Yet I'll try by living for Him each day
Lord Jesus willingly Thy every command I'll obey
And happily do the things you say!

someone serving in the military and would like to add
them to the list please email Jenny with name, address, email. Also give an address for family that
may need encouragement. Please let us know if the military
personnel and family would like to receive mail, email and
packages.
We
ask that everyone pray for these members of our military and if
you would like, send them cards and letters of encouragement on
their special days. Below you will find addresses, if
submitted and links to other groups participating in
the project. There is also a link to a page that will have
information about sending gifts to the military.
