The
angels
sang
praises
as
they
beheld
the
glory
Of
the
babe
born
in
a
manager
that
day,
Wise
men
saw
a
star
and
traveled
from
afar,
Led
by
God
to
find
the
Saviour
who
would
make
a
way.
King
of
the
Jews
born
in
Bethlehem
This
child
was
'the
promise'
which
would
give
life,
He
would
shed
his
blood
because
of
his
love,
Only
He
could
be
the
world's
perfect
sacrifice.
The
stars
up
above
created
with
God's
love,
Rejoiced
in
the
heavens
at
the
birth
of
the
only
Son
of
God,
Shepherds
in
the
field
could
now
be
saved
and
spirit
filled,
By
the
One
who
came
to
bring
salvation
in
this
land
which
we
trod.
Glory
to
God
in
the
highest
the
angelic
host
sang
with
joy
This
was
the
day
when
prophecy
was
fulfilled,
They
knew
the
Word
of
God
was
faithful
and
true,
This
child
would
one
day
pay
the
price
for
sin
on
Calvary's
hill.
Did
his
Mother
understand
all
the
future
held
for
her
Son?
Did
she
know
the
child
she
held
in
her
arms
would
one
day
die
for
all
men?
Did
she
know
that
the
One
she
carried;
would
carry
the
weight
of
the
world's
sins?
And
willingly
take
our
place
as
our
Savior,
Lord,
and
friend?
She must
have felt such pain as she heard
those mock his name
Her heart must have broken in sorrow,
But God had a plan to save fallen man,
He would give life through His Son and
bring a brighter tomorrow.
We give thanks for the babe born in
Bethlehem
We praise the one who came to give
us new life,
He paid for our salvation the
greatest gift of all,
We glorify our Saviour who took away sin and strife.
Christmas is remembering the Christ Child
Who lived, died and arose from the grave in victory,
Christmas is giving thanks for our Saviour,
The one who came that we might be set free.
JESUS
"The Giver of Salvation....To every tribe and Nation."
Celebrate Jesus...He is the reason for celebration.
