Be Ye Holy God is a holy God Trembling the earth's sod. His holiness is divine Not like yours or mine. He is pure in every way With no sin on any day. Clean as He can be Is God Almighty. We are His creation Here in every nation. He desires of each one To do as He has done. He commands, "be ye holy" It is for both body and soul. How can I be holy I ask? That is such an awesome task. It is not I that can be as He, But His Son was holy for you and me. Jesus fulfills all God's demands If I am His I fit His plans. He gives me His righteousness By this I am so blessed. I can not earn or work my way, But heaven will be my home one day. My holiness is because of Jesus Christ It is to Him I owe my life!
