Count the Cost

 Luke 14:25-32

Sitting down just to see

How much money I will need.

I have searched to see

The cost of Calvary?

The perfect Son of God alone

Did for my sin atone.

If I will follow Him today

How much am I willing to pay?

It will cost family and friends

It will mean to leave my sin.

I must forget the pleasure of life

I will have trouble and strife.

The price is very high ~

To myself I must die.

My hopes and dreams will fade away

Jesus must be my focus every day.

Rivers of tears will follow me

When I walk to Calvary.

Jesus paid for my sin,

But circumstances last until the end.

Count the cost to follow His will-

The price is Calvary's Hill!
