Dear Lord I Pray

Lord help me have the words to write,

Give me peace and comfort in the night.

A message to give to the world in need,

Ones on which they can somehow feed.

Lord You alone can help this soul of mine,

Giving me strength and a little more time.

My heart is hungry for more from your Word,

Your Words that I have often read and heard.

Let me be a witness of your great love,

And tell them of how your home is up above.

Open the way for me to walk today,

And Lord give me all the words I should pray!
