MY TESTIMONY

Hi there this my testimony..of what my wonderful Lord did for me just recently. This is just one of the many miracles I have received from my Father the Saviour. I have a brother-in law who had all the vices that is in the world. His wife (who I think is an angel to put up with him in all his wrong doings). They have been married for 30 years. She has always been asking me to pray that he will overcome all his problems.

One day a few years back I took both of them to church and they accepted the lord. But I saw no changes in him. In fact, he mocked us who believed in God and actually became quite angry with God for taking my husband, his brother, at such a young age. By the time my husband died this brother of his had already undergone one heart by-pass surgery and his liver was weak due to years of abuse by alcohol. Nevertheless, undeterred he went on drinking and lived as if he had a death wish, still unable to make peace with God and appeared sometimes to even challenge God to end his life.

I have always been praying for him and his wife. Recently my brother-in law passed away. He had been going through a lot of pain in the last times of his life. It was said weeks before he died he was in such pain he would sprinkle boiling water on his shoulders in desperation, not knowing how to rid himself of the pain.

Finally, just two weeks ago, he was admitted to hospital with all kinds of problems. The doctors said that he will not make it. He was admitted on Sunday and he died on Monday. But. you know what? He didn't stay dead for long. When the doctors saw that his heart beat stopped. they did their best and brought him back to life. I was away at that time. Only after I heard that he came back to life my daughter said that maybe GOD brought him back to save him. She also mentioned that she had a strong calling in her heart to pray for him and asked us also to do so.

An important fact I must mention is that when he was brought back from the dead, he came back screaming in terror. People have commented that perhaps he had been to hell. I don't know, but I do know he looked like a tortured man on the hospital bed. When his wife asked him about it while he was still conscious, he was surprised he did such a thing as he could not remember anything.

My niece and I rushed up to the hospital to pray for him. Later my daughter told me that she also contacted my son while I was away and asked that he pray too. It so happened that my son was going into a bible study session with his friends and so all of them prayed for my brother-in-law. My daughter, for some strange reason, on the morning of the day my brother-in-law died, happened to be free from work and left alone with not a single person at the office. Once again she was drawn to pray. She also sent a spirit of fire to protect my niece and me from the terrestrial spirits lurking there for my husband's family are mainly non-christians and I have been persecuted by them before.

At the hospital, my brother-in-law was on a breathing support machine. But he was conscious and crying. unable to talk. His eyes were half -open and the doctors told me that he could hear. So I spoke to him. going very near his ears. I told him that if he could hear me, give me a sign by blinking. He did. So I said the sinner's prayer for him and prayed for him. While I was praying he was sobbing and tears rolled down his cheeks. I knew then he had repented and gave his life whole-heartedly to God. As I continued praying he continued crying and slowly as the hours passed his sobbing grew less and less and by dusk he appeared calm and his breathing regular. Later that night he died and I saw the peace in his face. It was not just me, my niece and many people who attended the funeral even his wife commented that he looked twenty years younger. A complete change from the man that first came to the hospital.

I thank GOD that he used me to bring a soul to the Lord and answered my prayer. Never under-estimate the power of prayer.

I hope and pray that God will use me abundantly in my days in this world.

Praise the LORD, AMEN.
