  • Whichever menu you choose for your Christmas dinner, I am sure it will be wonderful.  You can find many of the recipes for the items listed on Cathy's Christmas Kitchen.

If you are doing a traditional turkey or a ham, set your table with your finest china, silver and crystal.  Use a cloth tablecloth and napkins.  Your guests and family will feel very special.

If you are choosing to do a buffet, you will probably have to spend several days preparing it, I do.  But on Christmas day take the easy way out and stay out of the kitchen.  Get a paper Christmas tablecloth and paper napkins, use festive paper plates and plastic silverware.  Put the buffet out and let your guests/family serve themselves when they are hungry.  Leave it out all day and let them pick as they please.  At the end of the day, just throw away your plates, utensils, tablecloth and napkins and put your left-overs back into the refigerator.  You wlll have a relaxing Christmas day!
