Name Game Between God & Jesus in Old & New Testament
The Bible clearly states that there is only One God.
I heard someone say once, "The more we know the more
doubtful we become."
We just have to have Faith.
He is One God -- 3 different ways.
How can there be One God but 3 different persons, you ask?
This is talking about position.
It is simple to me, but I know for a lot of folk, it can be
very confussing.
I will help you understand the best way I
know how, with the BIBLE being my ONLY resource.
I NEVER read any doctrines & don't care to.
This is how I explain it. Short & simple version.
I am only One person, but I am also 3 different persons.
I am a Mother I am a Daughter I am a Wife
See... I am 3 different persons but only One of Me.
One position is higher than the other.
The same with The Father, Son & Holy Spirit. One position
is Higher than the other.
This is very important to understand this
because the wrong Jesus or wrong God can not save us.
The Bible teaches us who God is:
These verses will tell us There is ONLY One God
~Old Testament~
Deuteronomy 6:4 -- Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God,
the LORD is one.
*States the Lord is ONE*
Isaiah 43:10 -- "You are my witnesses," declares the LORD,"and
my servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know
and believe me and understand that I am He.

god was formed, nor will there be one after me.
Isaiah 44:6 -- "This is what the LORD says-- Israel's King and
Redeemer, the LORD Almighty:
I am the first and I am the last;
apart from me there is no God."

punishment for the fathers' sins into the laps of their
children after them. O great and powerful God, whose name is
the LORD Almighty,
~New Testament~

with God, and the Word was God.
*The Word is Jesus*
Titus 2:13 -- while we wait for the blessed hope -- the glorious appearing of
our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ,
*Jesus is called God in this verse*
